AirTrunk’s Founder & CEO Robin Khuda joined global business and industry leaders in Dubai at the McKinsey & Company Global Infrastructure Initiative Summit to speak on a panel focused on ‘Financing Green Infrastructure on a Global Scale.’
Robin highlighted the acceleration of AI that is driving growth in global cloud infrastructure investment as well as new renewables projects to match this growth and support the decarbonisation of the grid.
Robin provided an update on AirTrunk’s progress towards our Net Zero by 2030 target, in close collaboration with our large tech customers, including:
☀ Investment in sizable renewable energy PPAs in Australia, Malaysia and Hong Kong, and more in the pipeline.
🌏 The multi-award-winning A$4.6 billion Sustainability Linked Loan that set industry benchmarks and a range of firsts for loan KPIs across carbon, energy and water efficiency, as well as gender diversity and pay equity. Total A$6 billion in ESG financing.
🌿 Achieving industry low power usage effectiveness in AirTrunk data centres.
