Earlier this year it was revealed that Macquarie Infrastructure and Real Asset (MIRA: Macquarie) will acquire a majority stake in Australian data center company AirTrunk.
And now the 88% stake has been acquired and the acquisition is complete. The investment in this AirTrunk amounted to over A $ 3 billion (US $ 1.8 billion).
