AirTrunk FY26 Resilience Report

AirTrunk is building and operating infrastructure that is increasingly essential to how people, businesses and economies function. As cloud computing, AI and digital services continue to grow, so too does the scale, complexity and importance of the infrastructure that supports them.

With that growth comes a responsibility to build for the long term. Our stakeholders want to know not only that AirTrunk can deliver the infrastructure needed for the digital economy, but that we are prepared for the risks and changing conditions that could affect our people, our customers, our assets and the communities in which we operate.

For AirTrunk, resilience means being prepared for change and having the capability to respond when conditions do change. It encompasses the physical resilience of our campuses, the reliability of our energy and water systems, the strength of our supply chains, the capability of our people and the ability of our business to anticipate, manage and adapt to emerging risks.

This is particularly important as we operate across a diverse and rapidly changing region. Climate change, extreme weather, resource constraints, energy transition, technology shifts and evolving community expectations are changing the environment in which we develop and operate our infrastructure. At the same time, the growing importance of digital infrastructure means that maintaining reliable, secure and resilient operations has never been more critical.

We therefore consider resilience throughout the lifecycle of our assets: from where we locate and how we design our campuses, through construction and commissioning, to how we operate, maintain and adapt them over time.

Resilience is not a fixed state. As our business grows and the operating environment evolves, our approach must evolve with it. This report outlines how we are assessing the risks and opportunities facing AirTrunk, strengthening our resilience and preparing our business, our infrastructure and our people for the future.
