“Thank you for your incredible support. 1,500 lives illuminated and over 2 million extra study hours created. What a wonderful way to celebrate International Day of the Girl!”
This message from SolarBuddy’s Joanna Cantwell followed another hyperscale light build at Melbourne’s Copperfield College, with over 250 Year 7 students building solar lights for children living in energy poverty as part of the ‘International Day of the Girl’ #BrighterFutureForGirls celebrations.
Students heard from AirTrunk’s Head of ICT Operations, Neha Moulston before AirTrunker representatives helped students build SolarBuddy lights to be gifted to children in need around the world.
