Liquid cooling technology is ready to enable the acceleration of AI

As the pioneer of hyperscale data centres in APJ, following five years of R&D, AirTrunk also pioneered large-scale liquid-cooling innovation in the region, able to support tens to hundreds of megawatts including AI deployments.

With significant investment in resources, research, technology development and solutions, AirTrunk achieved its first deployment of 20MW of liquid-cooled capacity, in Malaysia this year.

Liquid cooling can help realise significant energy savings and ensure AirTrunk continues to provide industry-leading PUE performance for our customers in tropical APJ climates.

AirTrunk’s Vice President, Customer Solutions, Luca Melluso, and Vice President, Innovation & Intelligence, José Castañeda; hosted a TechTable session to launch our liquid cooling report at Singapore International Energy Week (SIEW).

In the report, we explore the need for this nascent technology and share the AirTrunk case study as well as a six-step guide to supporting liquid cooling technology.
