AirTrunk and Tenaga Nasional Berhad (TNB) have signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) that will see the two companies advance the Energy Transition in the region.
This includes:
⚡ Collaborating on renewable energy supply for our JHB1 data centre campus
⚡ Exploring the application of energy storage and other novel technologies that promote green DC operations and Malaysia’s Energy Transition
⚡ Researching opportunities to develop technology roadmaps to advance 24/7 clean energy in Malaysia.
A ceremony was held where our Founder & CEO Robin Khuda and TNB CEO Dato Baharin Din co-signed the MOU.
AirTrunk and TNB also inked an agreement to expand the power supply at JHB1 to cater for all remaining build-out of the campus.
