AirTrunk’s A$4.6 billion Sustainability Linked Loan (SLL) has taken out another award, this time winning the ESG Loan Deal of 2023 at the prestigious IFR Asia Awards.
The SLL set a number of industry benchmarks including the largest by a data centre operator globally as well as a range of firsts for its loan KPIs across carbon, energy, water and gender. It was also the first to use margin incentives to fund social impact programs across Asia-Pacific.
