- Growing the representation of women across all levels and functions
- Creating equity for our leaders through the PlusOne Sponsorship Program
- Listening to what matters most to women at AirTrunk and giving them a voice with the Women@AirTrunk employee resource group
- Analysing data, encouraging transparency and minimising the gender pay gap – this year we were proud to have achieved a total median pay gap of 1.7 (in favour of women) in Australia, Workplace Gender Equality Agency
- Being a great workplace by providing flexibility and industry-leading parental leave policies, endorsed by WORK180 – this year we were awarded the Shared Caring Responsibilities Award in the WORK180 Equitable Workplace Awards
- Extending our impact beyond AirTrunk with our support of women across our region including our ongoing contribution to the Daughters of Tomorrow (DOT) in Singapore and Women in STEM enablement at Institute of Science Tokyo (Science Tokyo) and Universiti Teknologi Malaysia (UTM).
