About AirTrunk SYD2 Data Centre

AirTrunk SYD2 is one of Australia’s largest hyperscale data centre campuses, delivering high‑performance digital infrastructure at scale. The campus comprises multiple diverse buildings with a combined capacity exceeding 120 MW, supporting global hyperscale and enterprise operators.

The carrier‑neutral facility includes a flexible master plan that enables staged expansion, operational resilience and long‑term adaptability. Efficiency was central to the design, with SYD2 achieving a design PUE of 1.15.

Through close collaboration with AirTrunk and specialist consultants, Greenbox Architecture delivered a future‑ready data centre environment that balances efficiency, resilience and architectural coherence.

APOLLO PLACE DATA CENTRE

Date: 2026 – ongoing

The Apollo Place data centre has been located adjacent to AirTrunk’s existing facility at 1 Sirius Road. Once complete, the two developments will form an integrated data centre campus, further strengthening the precinct’s role in delivering the essential digital infrastructure relied on by businesses, governments and communities.

The project is Phase 5 of AirTrunk’s investment within the precinct. Co-locating complementary operations within an established industrial and technology area allows the campus to make efficient use of existing utilities, services and transport connections.
